The number of Finnish tourists visiting Barcelona in 2016 was 67 thousand, a figure slightly lower than that of the previous year, which was 73 thousand. It is the third consecutive fall from the record reached in 2014, 75 thousand. A figure that coincided with the first year of operation of the Vueling direct route linking Barcelona with Helsinki. _El nombre de turistes finlandesos que van visitar Barcelona l'any 2016 va ser de 67 mil, una xifra lleugerament més baixa que la de l'any anterior, que va ser de 73 mil. És el tercer descens consecutiu des del rècord assolit el 2014, amb 75 mil. Una xifra que va coincidir amb el primer any de funcionament de la ruta directa de Vueling que enllaça Barcelona amb Hèlsinki.

According to the latest official data, Finland occupies the nineteenth place in the ranking of origin place of tourists visiting the Catalan capital. A classification which is led by tourists arriving from other Spanish communities, which amounted to 1,900,000; those from the United Kingdom, about 800 thousand; and those from the United States and those from France, with 760 thousand. Italians, Germans, Dutch, Swiss, Japanese and Belgians are also within the top ten. _Segons les últimes dades oficials, Finlàndia ocupa el dinovè lloc al rànquing de procedència dels turistes que visiten la capital catalana. Una classificació que encapçalen els turistes que arriben procedents d'altres comunitats espanyoles, que van ser 1.900.000, els del Regne Unit, uns 800 mil i els dels Estats Units i els de França, amb 760 mil. Italians, alemanys, holandesos, suïssos, japonesos i belgues completen el top ten de la classificació.

From the other Nordic countries, in 2016 Barcelona was visited by 140 thousand Swedes, 100 thousand Norwegians and 90 thousand Danes. _Pel que fa a la resta de països nòrdics, l'any 2016 van visitar Barcelona 140 mil suecs, 100 mil noruecs i 90 mil danesos.
